The School of Social Sciences and Humanities is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Policing who can contribute to the growth and development of our programmes in Professional Policing and Policing and Intelligence.

Policing is located in the Department of Social Science, which constitutes a rich and diverse range of academic disciplines, including popular degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Fire and Rescue Services.

You will have a good first degree or equivalent, a Masters' degree (or equivalent police operational experience) preferably with experience of teaching in the HE sector or police training delivery. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality teaching and scholarship.
