Lead Services Executive

Client centric, efficient and collaborative. Our lead services executives work closely with our marketing and advisory colleagues to ensure all prospective clients are allocated an appropriate financial advisor based on location and specialism alongside responding to a variety of client enquiries.
Supported by our marketing team and lead services executives, you will receive full industry training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide the highest service to our clients.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:
- Experience of working within a financial advisory firm is beneficial. It shows you have an understanding of our business, our regulations and that you are comfortable working in this demanding yet rewarding industry.
- Prior experience working within a customer service role is key with the ability to always put the customer first.
- Exemplary time management and organisational skills are vitally important. You will be managing a variety of tasks and deadlines at any one time, so the ability to prioritise your workload and deliver under pressure is critical.
**WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:
Our lead services executives are pivotal in translating Chase de Vere’s value proposition into tangible client experiences by booking meetings, responding to enquiries and acting as the link between the client and our national financial advising teams.
**Your day-to-day role**
- Responding to client enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Booking initial client meetings and responding to cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Directing leads to the most appropriate financial adviser, based on location and specialism.
- Collaborating with financial advisers and sales managers to follow up on meeting outcomes and establish next steps.
- Responding to both inbound and outbound client service campaigns to ensure consistent and high-quality client interactions.
