**We** are an SME mail order business which has recently gone through an MBO and is now owned and run by 5 shareholders, 4 of which work within the business. From our UK Head Office and warehouse, based in Leicester we despatch a high volume of orders (up to 1000 per day) of art & craft materials to schools and trade customers. We export internationally and have two sales offices in our largest export markets - Ireland and UAE.

**You** are a motivated, personable Team leader with at least 2 year’s experience in a similar team leader role. You will have the following qualities:

- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Strong IT literacy skills with previous use of an ERP system preferably Sage X3 - full training will be given.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to organize, lead, motivate, problem-solve

To succeed in this role you must flexible, approachable & confident.

**The role** - Daily you will manage the overall activity in your relevant area, such as Pick & Pack, Goods in, Manufacturing, Export.
- Manage staff effectively.
- Monitor KPI’s within your department.
- Communicate labour requirements to management in line with forecasted volumes.
- Responsibly for the training of your team.
- Ensure all H&S guidelines are followed.
- Problem-solve any issues that may arise day to day.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Holiday/Sickness cover for other Team Supports.
