Kitchen Supervisor - FTC until January (Potential to go Perm) to start ASAP.
Location: Marston Green, B37
**Salary**: ?14.00ph
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 2:00pm
**Duties**:
- Following policies and procedures for the safe storage and preparation of food items.
- Controlling stock and stock rotation.
- Plan, prepare and cook both breakfast and lunch.
- Ensuring standards of cleaning are in place.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene
- Menu Planning
- Stock Control
- Working within a budget
- Plan, prepare and cook breakfast and lunches.
- Experience working within a Kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Example Meals:
Breakfast: Toast, sausage/bacon sandwich, egg/beans on toast etc.
Lunch: preparing a daily hot dish and preparing pre-ordered baguettes/baked potato/sandwiches etc.
