**Main duties of the job**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Team. We are seeking a creative, and knowledgeable Inclusion and Employee Advisor to play a key role in implementing our EDI and Employee Voice objectives.
To be successful in this post, you will need to be a team player, able to work collaboratively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders, including staff, managers, staff networks, workforce teams on all aspects of EDI and Employee Voice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and keen interest in learning and development.

- Demonstrable experience of operating effectively in a customer facing environment.
- Experience in delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work plans and strategies.
- In depth knowledge of employment legislation and understanding of the risks of non-compliance
- Experience of analysing and interpreting equality data and trends.
- Experience of working in collaboration with staff networks to co-design and co-produce policies
- Experience of supporting effective organisational change initiatives, i.e., Disability Confident Scheme
- Experience of working in a multi -unionised environment
- Knowledge and experience of working within workforce teams
