To work with individuals who use Mental Health or Co-occurring services to facilitate a range of mechanisms to share their views and experiences and contribute towards the planning, design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the services they receive. The postholder will be responsible for offering support within Mental Health services across North Wales. To monitor, review and evaluate service users input into the above, using quantitative and qualitative methods. To assist individuals who use substance misuse services to be part of recruitment processes for service providers.

To develop and give presentations to key stakeholders. To develop and deliver training as appropriate and relevant to the service. To maintain up to date records, statistics and proforma as required to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the service and to contribute this information to overall service reports as required. To be responsible for areas of Health & Safety within their remit.

To attend meetings as directed including informal and formal review meetings. To carry out all reasonable tasks commensurate with the post as directed. To have commitment to and demonstrate an undertaking of equality of opportunity and its relevance to different sectors within the community.
