Based in London, our client are working towards a very clear goal of driving online performance through investing in people and systems.As such, the position of Head of eCommerce is a pivotal role simply designed to drive the strategic agenda through a hands on approach.
Leading, inspiring and up-skilling your team, you will manage performance across Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Trading and Marketing to ultimately achieve agreed KPI's. You will thrive from working with autonomy, pace and in a results oriented environment.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Day to day management of the eCommerce team
- Performance of online trading including customer experience and customer service
- Complete P&L responsibility
- Ensuring team are engaged and well equipped to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Constantly planning the customer journey and how to deliver the best possible proposition which will increase commercial return

About you:

- Retail online trading experience, preferably within fashion
- Hands on experience of Magento 2 and NAV365
- Evidence of managing and evolving large ecommerce teams
- A track record of delivering growth within ecommerce
- Demonstrate ambition, creativity and passion
- Strong communication skills
