Personal Best Education are currently looking for enthusiastic and engaging Tutors to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis. The tutoring sessions will primarily take place in the student’s home or online. We intend to hold small group sessions at our own tutoring centre in Romsey in the near future.

Through our tutoring provision we provide the opportunity for students to achieve their _**personal best**_ and make a positive impact on themselves and their future.

**Requirements**:

- QTS or working towards QTS
- You must live and be eligible to work in the UK
- Have a secure knowledge and experience of teaching the current curriculum
- Good knowledge of ICT in the classroom environment
- Flexible teaching time e.g after school/evenings and potentially weekends
- Must provide a current enhanced DBS check

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Provide formative feedback to pupils and parents
- Set out clear goals and timescales for achieving these goals
- Tailor learning around the needs of your students and their learning styles
- Promote independent learning as well as empowering the student to manage their workload.
