Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in food preparation and production
- Help create and implement new menu items
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food handling and cooking techniques
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a culinary or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and production techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in supervising kitchen operations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
