A Membercare Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding levels of cleanliness, safety and satisfaction to all Guest and Members.

**What will I be doing?**

What will I be doing?
- Ensure a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in all areas of the Club including deep-cleaning around the club
- Reporting of lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents.
- Be proactive in ensuring all members and guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure member and guest access to towels and consumables is uninterrupted.
- Deal with any member problems effectively and refer any which you cannot resolve to your supervisor.
- Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities and anticipate needs.
- Action all guest requests in friendly efficient manner.
- Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our members and guests.
- Ensure your activity always considers the health and safety of members and colleagues and that appropriate warning signs are visible where you are working.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job.

Excellent grooming standards

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Although not essential, the following qualifications are preferred.

Experience working as part of a team
First Aid at Work
Pool Plant Experience
