Senior Residential Children's Support Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Senior Residential Children's Support Worker** to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle challenging behaviors, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities of a **Senior** **Residential Children's Support Worker**:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks
- Support individuals with behavior management techniques
- Help create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals under your care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Experience needed as a **Senior Residential Children's Support Worker**:
- Recent experience working either as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker or as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home.
- Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
