Rehabilitation Practitioner

You will be joining us as a **Rehabilitation Practitioner**, focusing on aiding our service users referred to The Reach for Health Centre through their rehabilitation journey. This role involves working with individuals facing physical, mental, and/or social disabilities, demanding flexibility in your support approach while adhering to your scope of practice.

Furthermore, as a workforce, we provide opportunities to attend CPD events and training to continuously upskill and remain relevant in the ever-evolving rehabilitation service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the service users attending the centre and support them during their rehabilitation.
- Offer appropriate advice and education to the service users.
- Design and implement rehabilitation programmes.
- Support and lead Classes when applicable.
- To be involved in setting up new services within the centre.
- To be able to work independently and in a team to successfully support fellow staff members, volunteers, and students.
- Setting memberships up and handling currency.
- Collecting and storing confidential information from service users and processing into our systems.
- Supporting marketing, including our social media platforms and gaining content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
