My client an established business is searching for a highly motivated hard-working individual to join their specialist team of administrators in Spalding.
This company wants any individual to engage with compliance, planning, coordinating or scheduling work-flows and repairs on a national scale.
**SALARY: £24,000**
**LOCATION: SPALDING**
**WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY**
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the work-flows of various engineers to a variety of projects, repairs and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**The Role**:

- In the role you will be tasked with planning, scheduling and booking client's services for a number of high value contracts across the United Kingdom.
- You will manage and maintain great relationships with each customer and offer first class customer service at all times.
- Support all elements of the business and team appropriately.
- Update and manage customer records effectively.
- Allocating and closing jobs through the correct service provision according to priority lists.
- Managing client expectations effectively.

**The Person**:

- Great customer service
- High attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Competent IT skills
- Administration experience
- History of booking, scheduling services (Desirable)
