Huntress are currently recruiting for an Mortgage Processor to join our client based in Rochester on a permanent basis.
The role
- Ensure that all documentation is scanned and filed and placed onto the system
- Ensure all complex queries are dealt with and escalated to the correct department as required
- Complete general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required
- Previous experience with handling calls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
