Our Cardiff Commitment Team is looking to employ a **Corporate Apprentice(Level 3)** Social Media & Marketing Assistant to work on a hybrid basis from home and at County Hall (County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, CF10 4UW) as required.

**About the job**
We are looking to recruit a Corporate Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Assistant who will learn to assist the team with tasks such as: social media and marketing communications; preparing and drafting copy, graphics, posts, reels and use social media analytics to increase followers, clicks, saves and shares; capture images, videos and graphics using platforms such as Canva to brand posts and format documents to promote the work of our team.

The Corporate Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Assistant will be provided with a variety of experiences and learning opportunities and will undertake various duties as directed by their line manager including attending Cardiff Commitment events across the city..

Full training will be provided and our Team will help and encourage you to develop in the role and you will be encouraged to take on a variety of duties. You will receive supervision and on the job training and will have a named mentor to support you to deliver an efficient and effective service in a positive, customer-focused manner.

The Corporate Apprentice & Trainee Scheme also provides opportunities to enhance your transferrable skills to help support your career progression.

Many of our teams have moved to online and homeworking and you will be encouraged to develop the skills to support this. Where homeworking is required, you will be given the necessary equipment however, you will need to arrange your own internet connectivity (some support may be available to help with this).

This role includes a Welsh Government Apprenticeship Framework Qualification in Diploma in Social Media for Business Level 3.

This post is not suitable for post share.

This post is temporary for **24** months if worked full time, or longer if worked part time. Most roles are based on a 37-hour week although many roles can be worked on a part time basis and at least 16 hours per week for apprentice roles.
