Noticing Administrator

**Working Hours | **Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
**Salary | **£23,795 p/a

Here at MJ Quinn we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **Noticing Administrator** to join the business. This position will be based at our head office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

**About the role**

The **Noticing Administrator **will report to the Noticing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are registered and our teams meet the noticing requirements.

**Your role will include**
- Providing administrative support to the Noticing Team
- Ensuring start/stops are issued correctly
- Maintaining a weekly log of office and field staff (update if job finishes earlier/extended)
- Checking jobs on the systems used.

**Experience**
- Good level of IT skills and MS packages
- Experience in a similar role
