Job Overview:
Join our team at Rogate Construction as a Laborer and be small client focused team We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic to contribute to our projects. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our worksites.

**Duties**:

- Assist with various construction activities such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating basic hand tools.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to carry out tasks accurately and timely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on site.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Physical fitness with no restrictions hindering mobility or ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills, must be presentable.
- Capable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and lifting weights exceeding 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and maneuvering in confined spaces typical of construction environments.
- Basic knowledge of tools and manual skills for equipment handling.
- Proficient in following both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and guidelines at all times.

This position is self employed via CIS payment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £9.36-£14.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
