Consider joining Tradewind as a Trainee Cover Supervisor Our 'Cover Supervisor School' is based in the Grimsby area, where we will provide you with the necessary tools to cover classes for teachers. This role is ideal for individuals who have previously volunteered or worked in a school setting.

Pay for this position will vary between £75 and £85 per day, depdning on experiance as well as the travel time to the school.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising work in accordance with school policies
- Managing pupil behaviour
- Responding to pupil questions
- Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies
- Collecting completed work and returning it to the appropriate teacher
- Reporting back on pupil behaviour and any issues that arise

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- A CV that covers all of your employment history
- Legal right to work in the UK
- The academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
