**Weavers Lodge** is a residential home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, that may also include a dual mental health diagnosis, to enable their successful transition into, and participation within, their local community. The home has accommodation for 6 permanent residents as well as 2 rooms for respite, assessment and short-term placement support.

**Application Process**

**Join us and you can expect**
- Starting from £12.00 per hour
- Level 2 qualified £12.15
- Holiday top-up payments made for regular overtime (T&C's)
- Paid break

**Shifts**
- Offering days, nights and bank roles
- 7am - 10pm days, 10pm - 7am nights
- Working alternate weekends is essential

**Training and Development**
- Funded apprenticeships and diplomas
- Accredited Positive Behaviour Management Training
- Mandatory Training Provided

**Job description**
- Socialising with our residents and giving emotional support when needed
- Assisting with personal care with residents when required
- Complete relevant documentation for the residents you support
- Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with the home’s standards and expectations
- Administer medication to service users
- Attending meetings and undertaking training as required
