An exciting Band 4 opportunity has arisen to further improve the Ophthalmology Services at Ashford Hospital.

You will be working in a large but busy team responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical office. You will act as a point of contact for patients, consultants, nurses, photographers, pharmacy and other departments.
You will be expected to support your colleagues and Team Leaders/ Assistant Service Manager in the Clinical Office completing administration duties.

You need to have previous admin experience of working in a busy office dealing with conflicting demands. It is important in this role to be able to communicate effectively and take personal responsibility.
