**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Nursery Practitioner
- Montessori trained, or experience in a Montessori Nursery
- Working with children aged 3 months - 5 years
- Supporting children on a 1:1 & group basis
- Working alongside an amazing team of Nursery specialists
- Assisting with observations, assessments and recording of children’s progress
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development.
- Ensure Nursery environment is safe and clean
- Attend to the children’s personal needs, including feeding, changing, and comforting
- ASAP start
- Great scope for progression within the role
- Full Time, Long Term Role

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Nursery Practitioner
- Montessori trained, or significant experience in a Montessori Nursery
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Must be able to work collaboratively to maintain a warm and nurturing environment
- Imaginative and creative - willing to get stuck in
- Not afraid of getting messy
- Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification - minimum
- Experience working with children under 5
- Caring and patient nature
- Friendly and playful personality
