Exhibition Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for the events industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated Exhibition Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Exhibition Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful planning and execution of our exhibitions. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure seamless operations in the workshop, warehouse and on site. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Driving, International travel and weekend working will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the logistics and coordination of exhibitions, including stock management, and inventory control.
- Assist in the construction of exhibition stands, painting and basic carpentry.
- Packing and wrapping of items, Loading of vehicles and delivery to site.
- Support the setup and dismantling of exhibition spaces, including on-site booth construction, signage placement, and lighting installation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event coordination or exhibition management is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Current Passport to allow international travel

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Havant, PO9 1QY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- passport (preferred)
