We have been in operation since 1984. Threshold DAS is an organisation committed to the elimination of violence and abuse of women, men, children and young people and those who are perpetrators through effecting political, cultural, and social change.
**About you**:
Empowering people from all walks of life is what we are all about, so we are keen to hear from people in disadvantaged or underrepresented groups.
You should have experience of working with individuals who are experiencing domestic abuse and some experience of working with service users with mental ill health issues and concerns.
Whatever your background, it is essential that the person is non judgemental, open and honest, hardworking and puts the service users in the centre of any support.
The role is mainly Monday-Friday - 9am-4.30 but there could be evening and weekend work based on the needs of the service users themselves.
**The Role**
Are you an excellent support worker who has experience in working with women with mental ill health problems and who are experiencing domestic abuse?
You will have an innovative approach to service delivery and be able to deliver a high-quality support experience.

**Contracted hours**:35 hours per week might include evenings and weekend work. We are happy to consider job share and part-time hours.
