Sales Assistant

Snap-on Tools Isle of Man are looking for a sales assistant to join our team. You will assist with the day to day running of the Snap-on Tools franchise by providing sales and administrative support as it continues to grow. We supply the many mechanical garages and workshops with hand and power tools, storage, clothing, workshop and diagnostic equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in conjunction with the Business Owner to visit all customers to service their requirements
- Market products and sales promotions through product demonstrations, store merchandising and social media
- Collect payment on all Credit Accounts
- Maintaining computer files and records
- Provide quotes based on customer requirements
- Process repairs and warranty replacements
- Ordering of stock, restocking the store & processing returns
- Look for new sales opportunities, visit new customers and ways to grow the business
- Maintain a high standard of store appearance inside & out
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
- To develop and maintain product knowledge

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships
- A pro-active attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Friendly, approachable, confident personality
- Experience in customer facing role
- Basic computer skills
- Full clean drivers licence
- HGV Class 2, can be passed after starting employment
- Willing to travel, UK training or meetings may be required

**Employment Details**
- Based in Ramsey, covering the whole island in mobile store
- Days Monday to Friday, additional weekend hours may be required by prior arrangement
- Hours Full Time, start and end time may vary depending on workload

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
