Our client is a leader in their field, based in Stoke on Trent. They are urgently seeking an experienced Credit Control and Sales Ledger Manager who will lead a small sales ledger team of 3.
**Job Description**:
As the Credit Control and Sales Ledger Manager, you'll oversee the sales ledger department. You'll have responsibility for the company's credit control and balancing the sales ledger. Duties will include:

- Managing a small sales ledger team of 3
- Ensuring customer credit accounts are paid in full and on time
- Overseeing cash, card, PayPal and bank accounts reconciliations
- Sales ledger reconciliations
- Assessing and determining customer credit limits
- Ensuring sales invoices, credit notes and refunds are correctly processed
- Investigating customer queries and resolving to ensure sales ledger transactions are correct
- Experience in working in and / or running a sales ledger / finance department
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Must have strong IT and systems skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a structured manner and to prioritise workload
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
