**The Role**

We're on the look out for a Operations Administrator to help take our business to the next level. The role will be varied covering administration support across finance, marketing & HR supporting the MD and Operations Manager with day to day activities and office support. You'll be instrumental in keeping things moving and ensuring our pub teams can focus on the things they do best - running great pubs and keeping our guests happy.

This role covers all functions and interacts with all teams but primarily will focus on:

- Partnerships - developing key partnerships with third party suppliers
- Finance - cash reconciliation of weekly banking returns and uploading of invoices to the accounts system
- HR & People - supporting recruitment, owning vacancy postings and collating new starter and payroll details
- Admin & Reporting - KPI reporting & third party relationships as well as minute taking from meetings around the business and holding action owners to account

Based at our offices just outside of Norwich, occasional ad-hoc home working is allowed.

**The Person**

Ideally coming from a admin or receptionist background, some experience working in a busy office dealing with a range of issues is preferred.
- Atleast 1 year in a HR/People Management or Marketing AdminRole
- Some experience of hospitality or leisure preferred
- Adaptable & able to work in a reactive environment where things change quickly
- Used to working in a small businesses with limited budgets and close teams

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
