National Administration Support Assistant

This team takes a closer look at how Aldi is performing and shares best practice knowledge with our international business. And you'll be the one who makes sure things run smoothly.

This will involve day-to-day organisational work, data processing and analysis. Naturally, you'll need to be efficient and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And to keep on top of that wave, we have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.

A role in the National Business Coordination (NBC) Team is a great opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future business and its ways of working.

**Your New Role**
- Liaises with Procurement teams and suppliers to maintain accurate catalogues
- Works closely with new suppliers to onboard them to Ariba
- Supports end users with process issues
- Resolves invoice/catalogue discrepancies
- Creation of templates for communications to Business Partners
- Monitors and reports on the implementation of supplier catalogues and contracts
- Supports NBC with change management activities
- Supports testing for Ariba
- Supports the documentation of processes
- Creates training materials
- Supports further projects in NBC team

**What You'll get in Return**
- Starting salary from £24,130 rising to £29,685
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
