**Manual Wet Spray Painter**

**Reports to: Paint Shop Supervisor**

Hendry Hydraulics Ltd are a well-established engineering business in the heart of Elgin (Moray) and are Global Leaders in the Design and Manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders. Due to the consistent increase in workloads, there is a new opening for a proactive, reliable, self-motivated, Manual Wet Spray Painter reporting to the Paint Shop Supervisor whilst strengthening the team’s automated paint line facility.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The roles and responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Lifting and hanging of hydraulic cylinders onto the paint line.
- Masking off as required.
- Spray Painting to meet specified finish standards.
- Removal of cylinders from line and packing into boxes or onto pallets.
- Fitting of blanks and adaptors where necessary.

**Requirements**:
The following attributes are essential:

- To have a methodical and planned approach, good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail would be a requirement.

**Previous Painting experience within other environments would be advantageous and considered.**

Position-Permanent, Full Time.

Remuneration
- Based on experience.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday, 7.45am to 4.45pm and Friday, 7.45am to 1.50pm.

Overtime and Shift Work is a possibility, during extremely busy periods.

References must be available.
