**Job Title**: Nursery Assistant - Must have EYFS experience

**Experience**: Must have experience supporting Early Years children
**Pay Rate**: £25,000 a year

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the room leader in implementing engaging and educational activities for young children
- Assisting with daily routines including meal times, naps, and outdoor play
- Creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and recording children's progress and development

- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Previous experience working with Early Years children, ideally within an EYFS setting
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
