British Growers is a leading organisation operating in the fresh produce and horticulture sector.

The ability to demonstrate experience of working with a range of different clients, businesses and organisations would be highly advantageous.

The role does include some occasional overnight stays, coupled with potential early starts and late finishes throughout the year but these dates are always known months in advance. Travel around the UK is also a requirement, and you will be reimbursed for all mileage so a full clean driving license and access to a car is essential.

A knowledge of the fresh produce/horticulture industry would be advantageous.

The role is a full-time salaried position, working 36.25 hours per week.

British Growers operates an excellent benefits package with a hybrid working approach, allowing colleagues to benefit from time in the office with the flexibility to work from home. Our expectations are that you will spend at least 20% of your time working in the office, based in Louth, with excellent parking and access to some great eateries. Due to the nature of the role and the necessary induction, there will be a requirement as part of the induction procedure to attend the office for the first full two weeks in the role, so a commutable distance to the Louth office is essential.
