Trauma Informed Trainer

This will be varied and will adapt over time as the ICB develops. However, the post holder will work across the trauma informed agenda, to support its functions and ensure high quality services are delivered. The post holder ideally will have some prior knowledge and experienceof training and of trauma informed practice. The post holder will work closely with the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network.

A full induction programme will be provided. The post holder will have regular contact with a wide range of staff at all levels within the ICB, with senior and other representatives of local stakeholders, as well as with patients and their representatives.
