Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant at Secondary School in Crawley

School: Situated in the vibrant community of Crawley, our secondary school is dedicated to providing inclusive education and support for all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Role: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting ASAP. In this role, you will work closely with SEND children within the mainstream school environment, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational and emotional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Enhanced DBS check and up-to-date safeguarding training (mandatory)
Pay: The pay rate for this position is £84 per day, offering a competitive salary for a full-time role.
