**Responsibilities**:

- Filling in daily sheets
- Preparing invoices for the accounting department
- Sending company correspondence
- Creating reports
- Close collaboration with the manager regarding the organization of driver's work
- Contacting with drivers
- Contacting with the depot
- Preparing contracts and documentation for drivers
- Monitoring driver's performance
- Organizing documents, archiving, and document storage
- Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics in the office
- Booking van repairs at a partner garage

**Requirements**:

- Experience in office work
- Very good spoken and written Polish / English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ease in establishing contacts
