We are a Specialist Dementia Home, with 60 beautiful residents. We promote a family atmosphere working in a person centred way.

We are presently looking for an Activity Coordinator, to join our team. This role is full-time.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate individual who has experience of working with people who are living with dementia. You will be professional and outgoing, have good IT skills, a creative side and able to work as a team member. The team deliver a multitude of stimulating activities, we need to expand on this.You will be responsible for implementation, monitoring developing the activities. The role also includes an element of fund raising.

The role involves organising events, activities, creating profiles, ensuring stock of activity items and accompanying residents out in the community.

The right Activity coordinator can make a huge difference to the lives of our residents.

IT skills are essential.
