Job Title: Property Sales and Lettings Consultant
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire
**Salary**: £30,000-£35,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - no weekends

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
2. Viewings: Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants, showcasing properties' features and benefits.
3. Administration: Assist with office operations, including setting up new properties on the system, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Valuations: Conduct property valuations for both residential and commercial properties. Utilize your expertise to assess market trends and property values effectively.
5. Maintenance and Renewals: Oversee property maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements. Manage lease renewals and negotiations with tenants.
6. Auctions: Participate in auction processes, including marketing properties, liaising with potential bidders, and facilitating auction events. Learn and develop expertise in auction procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in the property industry, with a focus on residential and/or commercial sales and/or lettings or is currently a Property Sales and Lettings Consultant or Property Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, including auctions and property valuations if it is something new to you.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
