This is a 3-year Apprenticeship and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 in Team Leading. For the highest performers there will be an additional progression route to undertake a Level 5 Operations Manager qualification, starting in year 2 of the apprenticeship.

The Weetabix Apprentice programme will enable you to kick-start your career, working for one of the UK’s most well-known brands, with the frontline leaders within our business. We are looking for ambitious, driven, and talented individuals to join our Manufacturing Apprenticeship programme and make the difference

**What you will do**

Working across several of our iconic brands with rotations though some of our Burton Latimer and Corby based factories. During the 3 year programme you will be w**orking alongside our experienced manufacturing teams within our factories as well as having opportunities to work and collaborate with other key departments across the business; embracing your own learning journey and building on your overall development and core business skills.**

**Our** apprentices deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in manufacturing and beyond.

**What you will need**

You are required to have a minimum of GCSE’s grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths (or equivalent).

Applicants must be passionate and enthusiastic about manufacturing and working for Weetabix, and show a genuine desire to understand our core business needs and roles.

**Salary -**We are really proud to be able to offer a very competitive starting salary of **£14,085 **based on working 35 hours per week, which will increase as you move through your Apprenticeship and, of course, as much Weetabix as you can eat
