The Calderdale Intensive Home Based Treatment Team for Working age adults have an exciting opportunity for a full time band 5 Mental health practitioner to join the multi-disciplinary team. The role is a developmental opportunity and the successful applicant will be supported in continuing their professional development.

Intensive Home Based Treatment Team (IHBTT) work in partnership with service users, carers, relatives and partners to respond quickly to psychiatric emergencies and support service users through severe mental health crisis in their home environment that would otherwise require admission to hospital. The flexible, intensive and assertive approach to engagement aims to promote recovery, co-production, inclusion and resilience.
