Hours: Part Time & Full Time (Every Sunday OFF & Rotational Saturdays)

**Duties include**:

- Ensure food safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Weigh, pack, price and display products. Maintain our company standards in window displays and upright counter displays.
- Keep records, budgets, and inventory.
- Cut meat to order.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Greet and speak to customers, providing advice, answering questions, accepting orders or payments, and offering helpful advice with a smile.
- Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Coordinate deliveries or order pickups.
- Produce meat for sale including bone out carcasses, with good cutting standards.
- Control waste.
