Hilltop Kitchen & The Merry Harriers is proud to Champion sustainable farm-to-fork cooking and local produce offering a taste of seasonal Britain.

Located in the picturesque village of Hambledon, dating back to the 16th century, our traditional, welcoming village inn is steeped in history. Under the new management of the team behind the highly acclaimed Hilltop Kitchen, the daily changing menu is based on what comes of our own farm and inspired by great British classics. Our bar serves award-winning local ales, an innovative cocktail list and carefully curated wine list celebrating local wineries along classic regions from around the world.

We are recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join the team to support kitchen hygiene and organisation.

The position will move to Hilltop Kitchen 10minutes up the road from The Merry Harriers, just outside of Godalming at the beginning of March when Hilltop re-opens.

**The position is remote - reliable transport / a car is advised**

As **Kitchen Porter** you will assist the team to deliver the highest standards of food safety and delivery, ensuring the hygiene standards of the kitchen are upheld in a cost-effective way.

**About You**

Qualifications relevant to the position are an advantage.
- Experience in kitchen porterage role
- Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry
- Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation
- Committed to learning and developing knowledge.
