**Job Opportunity: Bicycle Mechanic**
We are excited to invite a motivated and customer-focused Bicycle Mechanic to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our workshop department, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve both our sales and workshop targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will range from assisting customers in choosing the right product replacments to maintaining and managing your daily workshop schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs, offering expert advice and upselling when appropriate.
- Communicate with customers in a clear and friendly manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Keep accurate and organized records of sales, customer interactions, and warranty claims.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Help manage pre-delivery inspections on bikes and ensure high-quality standards.
- Be able to fully diagnose and repair both analog and electric bikes from a range of brands in a timely and to a very high standard
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic math skills to handle sales transactions and process orders
- Familiarity with regular and electric bikes is a a MUST
- Prior bicycle workshop expirience is also crucial

Pay: £11.44-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
