Sales Co-ordinator

JP Recruitment are hiring a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our clients busy office in Denton. You will be joining a busy team where everyone works together and mucks in to ensure the office runs smoothly.

**Duties of the role**:

- First point of contact for new and existing customers looking to place orders or query existing orders.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- To ensure potential problems are identified and resolved in a swift and professional manner.
- To manage and control specific lines of stock for individual accounts.
- Support the External Sales team in their role and all aspects are communicated efficiently.
- To ensure the correct management of day to day administration and customer records
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Friday - 9am - 4pm

**Salary**:

- 26k per year
