Data Acquisition & Exchange (DA&E) is part of CDIO’s Chief Data Office and is HMRC’s central office for obtaining bulk third party information. DA&E uses statutory powers working closely with key internal stakeholders to obtain bulk third-party information for data led compliance work and is also the central office for the automatic exchange of information with offshore tax authorities under a variety of treaties and agreements.

**Job description**:
Working as part of DA&E’s International Data Exchange Team you will provide support on issues relating to the acquisition and exchange of a wide variety of data which is automatically exchanged with international tax jurisdictions.

**Person specification**:

- Working with sensitive data meeting strict data security requirements
- Communicating with internal and external customers, escalating for advice where necessary.
- Attend meetings, developing new processes, sharing ideas, creating new ways of working.
- Working as part of a team to ensure KPI’s and International exchange deadlines are met.
- Supporting team members to promote standard operating procedures.
- Support the team and wider DA&E with its penalty processes.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Have good knowledge and experience of working with large excel spreadsheets.
- Experience in MS Teams and SharePoint sites.
