**What you will be doing?**
This is a varied and exciting opportunity to join a dedicated finance team where you will be required to support the FBP's and theFP& A Manager in preparing reporting, timetables & communications, with strong financial controls and critical evaluation embeddedin the processes.
Key responsibilities will include
- Support the budgeting and formal forecast cycles including rolling forecast and IBP (long-term business plan)
- Creation of high-quality reports, analysis and commentary on performance to assist decision making
- Own and manage relationships wider to understand and communicate drivers of month-end performance and forward-looking view to support achievement of targets
- Understanding of cashflow performance and provide insights on overall position including risks and opportunities.
- Provide inputs into key finance initiatives and support with ad-hoc queries.
- Gain clear understanding of the business unit’s finance proposals, including
costs drivers, KPIs and outcomes expected, challenging where required
- Maintain strong working relationship with finance teams across the business
unit to ensure strong engagement on planning, forecasting and performance issues

**What you will bring to the role?**
A **Qualified accountant**
3+ years’ **experience in FP&A function** with a proven track record in 'adding value’
System experience with **SAP and HFM** preferable
Strong **analytical, Excel and PowerPoint** skills
**Strong attention to detail** whilst being able to see broader picture
Significant **communications experience - presenting financial analysis** to senior management
Able to**multi-task and prioritise**own work effectively
**Proactive and ambitious** - sets high goals for self and continuously strives to improve.
