**Electrical Maintenance & Installation Engineer - The Rewards**
- Salary £42,000
- Call-Out Rota (1 week in 5)
- Shift: Days based - 7.30am - 4.30pm (Mon-Weds) / 7.30am - 4.00pm (Thurs & Fri)

**Electrical Maintenance & Installation Engineer - Requirements**
- Recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and other relevant qualifications with at least 3years experience within a similar role are essential.
- Working knowledge of A.C and D.C. drives would be preferred as would the ability to work on P.L.C systems.
- Experience of ATEX equipment an advantage
- Approximately 30% of this role will be mechanical and a flexible approach to overtime and shutdown work is required.

**Electrical Maintenance & Installation Engineer
- Responsibilities**
- Work as part of an electrically biased Group Engineering Team
- Work safely within the company's Health and Safety Procedures.
- Work within the requirements of BS 7671 (Electrical Regulations).
- Improve process efficiencies through elimination of downtime with the use of the PPM system and C.I.P. process
- Carry out essential legislative testing of electrical equipment and systems.
- To work as part of a team to optimise company performance and achieve targets.
- Identify and keep essential stock items at necessary working levels.
- Work with the Engineering Manager in the identification of process improvements.
- Meet production needs in regard to engineering issues and breakdowns, Carrying out routine test and inspection on electrical systems and portable electrical equipment.
- Reduce costs where possible and use the preventative maintenance system to reduce unplanned maintenance.
- Assist the Engineering Manager with ongoing / new projects and future developments.
- Maintain maintenance activities in compliance with ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001 and other customer specific standards.
