**Sales Trainer - Hybrid working - £33k - OTE £40k**

A successful Saas business are looking for a Sales Coach/Trainer to join their team. Your job will be to support and coach the sales team and help them to be the best they can be.

You will be coaching SDR’s, BDM’s and Account Managers so will need to adapt your mentoring style to suit each individuals/department’s needs.

You will have come from a sales background yourself and be able to demonstrate a successful personal track record of outbound selling.

**Typical day to day duties**:

- Identify training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods, including 1:1 side by side coaching, identifying individuals’ strengths, areas for development & providing constructive feedback accordingly.
- Assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions
- Provide consistent support and coaching across the sales floor
- Ensure all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales team smoothly
- Build positive relationships through effective communication with colleagues and managers and other departments
- Provide developmental feedback to colleagues to aid their achievement of revenue and KPI’s
- Ensure your own continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current sales and development techniques and trends

**Who/what are we looking for?**
- A proven personal track record in an outbound sales role
- Experience in a similar Sales Coach/Trainer role
- A genuine passion for people and their development
- Ability to “think outside the box” and understand that everybody learns differently
- An innovative, fast thinking individual who can deliver results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
