Mackenzie Jones are delighted to be working with an award winning Food brand. The business has had a fantastic first few trading years and further growth projected for the rest of this year and beyond. With sustainability being a major focus for them as a business,they’re generating plenty of interest not only because of their products but also because of their values too.
As a Food Subscription business, growth marketing is integral to the success of the business along with a focus on Omni-Channel sales (B2B/Wholesale) so this is an extremely important hire. The business has recently closed a round of investment which has thereforereleased some cash for several high profile hires to be made - this Head of Omni-Channel Growth role being one of many.
- You have experience working for a UK start-up/challenger brand (FMCG experience is essential, ideally Food/Drink).
- You have a strong understanding of all functions within Marketing & Sales.
- You have strong Digital Marketing experience.
- You have previous Sales experience, ideally B2B/Wholesale sales.
- You have a track record of working for an Omni-channel business.
- You have agency management and people management experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Full ownership of the growth and product strategy across an omni-channel approach
- Ownership of the P&L for the marketing / growth function
- Looking at and owning DTC, B2B & Wholesale opportunities
- Content / Proposition focus to ensure targeting right customer base
