Ground Worker

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Groundworker \ Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role for the Benfleet and surrounding areas.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its repairs and maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

**The Role**:

- Fencing Works
- Paving/slabbing works
- Installing bollards
- Brickwork
- Patch rendering works
- External painting
- Minor landscaping\gardening duties

**Company Benefits**:

- Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
- 2+ years experience within a similar role

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- 40 Hours Per Week
