**Requirements**:

- Possession of excellent communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills to be able to get along with other workers within the organization
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be someone that pays attention to details
- Have some knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Possess basic knowledge of general safety law (Health and Safety at Work Act, RIDDOR, CDM 2015)
- Have basic safety training (CSCS)
- Ideally be working towards health and Safety certification (IOSH / NEBOSH)
- Come from a Construction background with work experience.
- Have a full clean driving licence.
- Must be willing to continue Professional development and gain and maintain professional memberships (IOSH, IEMA, IIRSM etc)
- Good leadership qualities are necessary to succeed in this position

Duties to include:

- Ensure compliance with the latest H&S regulations and guidance
- Assist with the development of Company policies
- Develop and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Help with compliance to the CDM 2015 regulations and the development of Construction Phase Plans
- Monitor adherence to safety, Environmental and Quality policies and guidelines
- Help with accident investigation
- Maintain Plant and equipment records and assist with premise management
- Attend site to perform safety audits and record and monitor results and issues
- Intervene in correcting unsafe work practices
- Maintain records of all safety-related issues and ensure that corrective measures are taken
- Organize and assist in routine training on HSEQ matters for the staff of the organization.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
