**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Answering high volume of telephone calls, logging breakdowns, and answering client queries.
- Allocating calls to engineers
- Organising engineers’ maintenance routes/booking in jobs with clients
- Dealing with emergency calls and responding with urgency in a calm and patient manner
- Chasing clients for order numbers
- Manning/managing the helpdesk inbox
- Using internal GEMS system for all administrative tasks
- Adding insurance reports to all the internal GEMS systems

**Experience required**:
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, customer service, call centre, maintenance, repair or engineer dispatch and client relationship management.

**Please note**:

- Due to the clients Guideline Lifts have, it is essential that you will go through a DBS vetting process._
- They also work on behalf of the Metropolitan police, and it is essential that you have the ability to obtain MET police clearance_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
