Sop Assistant

Accountabilities:

- To process customer orders on time and accurately.
- To maintain all weekly sales prices and to resolve open and mismatched customer process prior to invoicing.
- To maintain the live stocks in Apple Way Loss, Dump, Receiving, RTN and Claim. To maintain stock checks at our other stock holding sites, i.e. Bowmans, JO Sims.
- To assist with Job Closures, BOM problems and other issues at weekends.
- To upkeep the order splitting system, altfils and EDI activations.
- To create stock codes and altfils within Prophet to the standard agreed format.
- To complete the NZ NonComp sheet as and when pallets are sold/used. To handle NZ stocks - Manifest & Wye Jobs.
- To look to identify areas of improvement, opportunity, innovation and communicate these to the relevant personnel.
- To actively promote best practice in relation to Hygiene, Health & Safety standards, good housekeeping and support the Company’s efforts to minimise its environmental impact and adopt environmental best practice.
- To maintain customer programs.
- To key in manual sales for processing customers.
- To manually enter and handle sales tickets for Samples.

Shift Pattern: Friday - Monday 08:00 - 16:30
